We were approached by ApolloX to shift Farm rewards from the current APX-BUSD LP to the new APX-BNB LP, in response to their recent successful governance vote (here)[https://snapshot.org/#/apolloxdao.eth/proposal/0xdb9d786c99cfd1e601ff173094f385dc4d048710ee2e6b3428e1d1eacc38428d].
As our long-term partner, we value ApolloX’s major contributions to our Perp product and the healthy trading volume generated by the APX-BUSD pair. We believe a shift to the APX-BNB pair will continue to incentivize deep liquidity for the APX token, maintain similarly strong trading volume for PancakeSwap, and signal a deeper integration of ApolloX into the BNB Chain Ecosystem.
The proposed new Farm will have the same parameters as the existing Farm, with the same amount of CAKE incentives going towards the pair – the only difference being the change of the liquidity pair:
Previous Farm:
New Farm:
As usual, the Farm multiplier will be re-adjusted if the token’s social and market metrics are unfavorable, or if there are fundamental token issues or safety and security concerns.
From the team “ApolloX is a centralized and decentralized (CEX-DEX) hybrid derivatives exchange, and APX is ApolloX’s native token. APX is used to reward users and encourage them to stake and trade on the platform.”
Please note that as of the time of writing, there is a 1% transaction tax on all on-chain APX transactions except for certain whitelisted target addresses. When trading the APX token, please ensure that you set your slippage tolerance to account for this. Please visit this link for more details: https://apollox-finance.gitbook.io/apollox-finance/welcome/apx-token-and-contracts/tax
The official APX token contract address on Binance Smart Chain is:

Any other APX token will be a scam. Always verify the token address before buying tokens. If you receive an APX token airdrop from another address, it’s probably a scam, and we advise you to ignore it.
