Create a Great Marketplace for voting Incentives

Till now veCake holders are not rewarded as they should be based on their voting power. There are 3 DAOs for veCake holders which are not very popular and they have not many projects. Also unclaimed rewards are not distributed. There is a huge opportunity here for:

1. Projects which will earn more votes for their incentives
2. VeCake holders who will earn more for their votes and will feel safe with the process. Some DAOs do not look trustful as PanCakeSwap (some wallets show warnings when user use them)
3. Pancakeswap which could earn revenue as a small percentage of incentives for proving the service
4. Cake value since holding VeCake will provide more rewards and investors will buy more Cake and lock them for incentives! Circulation Supply will decrease.
