Add support for L2 chain

Adding support for Ethereum was a great step forward to ensure the long-term viability of the project. Aptos also looks like a good move in that direction. However, the still limited speed and expensive gas fees could be an obstacle for the existing user base to adapt to Ethereum faster and more widely. So I would like to suggest that the team consider an L2 layer such as Arbitrum or Polygon or Optimism.
