Create a Pancake Index Pool (PIP)

A proposal to create an index pool that let's a user stake cake in all pools simultaneously, by means of a smart contract (not a dev, lol, so not sure if it's possible). The rewards would be either BNB, or BUSD. So basically stake cake once, be rewarded in BNB or BUSD. The staked cake is divided over all existing, and new to be added pools. A fee would be in place that adds to the burn.
