Afterburn start adjustment

I suggest that instead of afterburn always starting after 7 days, it adjust based on the LOCK time. Example: Staker "A" locks for 52 weeks, at the end of his year, he will have 52 weeks to move/relock before afterburn starts. Staker "B" locks for 12 weeks. Once their 12 weeks have passed, they will get 12 weeks to move/relock before afterburn starts.
