Creation of Community Fund for R&D

Based that we have more than 1.4m holders some might have interesting innovating ideas that can contribute towards Pancakeswap domination and success.

The idea goes toward invest 1% of our fees/profits in the creation of a fund to encourage users to submit innovating and backed investigation proposals that might boost our DEX.

The elaboration of proposals can be discussed in our Discord channel by creating few different channels where users can propose ideas and with the help of contributors work on them to improve them and make a governance proposal.

This will improve our community involvement towards upgrading us and contributing with the innovation we require to stay ahead of competitors.

The proposals will be analyzed first by community governance and by the chefs and if accepted and work towards the improvement of the protocol a percentage of that reward will be distributed to the Author and contributors.

The allocation of 1% is nothing compared with the incremental rewards that a community working towards the improvement of Pancakeswap could cause in the long term, each succesful proposal compounded will guarantee being leaders in DeFi space and put the faster rabbit ahead the unicorn.
