Proposal for more farms on ETHEREUM & ARBITRUM

Hello buddies,

I think that we need to quickly deploy more farms on Eth and Arb chains.

We need to improve our market shares on this two chains because that's were the fees are being printed right now.

BNBchain is at the third place in volume and it's loosing grounds.

I also think that we should have a chef dedicated to add farms were it's needed.
