A new platoform based on CAKES where to list smaller projects with antiwhale protection

In order to be listed on the PCS we usually need a huge investment as the listing price is high. After listing there are a lot of problems due to limited liquidity of the emerging projects. My proposal is to create a second maket, based on PCS and using CAKE for the fee payment, and as base value of the coins. In this second platform, limited, there will be some limitations and opportunities compared to the standard swapping system actually on PCS. The new trading platform will protect small projects from the whales incurisions and other speculation. Here below some ideas:

• A new PCS platform is created called, for instance, SPCS Startup Pancake Swap.
• The project can be listed ONLY if they invest in the real economy: no financial projects.
• A project can be listed when it has real subscriptors without a huge amount for the listing (10'000 pc?).
• CAKE is the only value used in the exchanger. No prices on USD or BNB or BTC or ETH or others. In the platform you can only buy cakes (with the other cryptos) and convert them into the emerging coins. After you bought the new tokens you can only convert them in CAKE with limitations.
• When you buy a token with cakes it cannot be sold back before the project reaches a second step accordingly with the timeline.
• When you sell the token there is an anti-whale system where the amount you can sell is progressively reduced in order to avoid market impact. The amount is calculated with an algorithm based on the total capitalization.
• The new token can use the SPCS to make all the transactions internally in their ecosystem.
• The SPCS can offer a white labelled version in order to personalize the internal operations.

This will improve the demand of CAKES and offer to new and smaller projects the possibility to enter this great environment. For instance we can develop the MOVIE coin project and bring the money of the movie productions into the PCS and SPCS platforms.
