Increase benefit 52 Week staker for increase motivation to lock staking

for balancing supply cake. I suggest more benefit for 52 Week staker because that is easy way for control price stability and staker satisfied benefit more over Yield APY , another people will have motivation to long term lock staking such as Special NFT, Privilege for Airdrop etc.
