Pottery Fairness Change

Current rules favor the PCS whales in Pottery, so % of chance can give one single user win 3-5 times in just one draw.

Pottery Fairness Change would add exception that 1 user can win only once in a draw and each win lowers chances in the next draws by 50% each and each lose increases chances 50% in the next draws. That would be more fair to the small users.

The new rules should start on 1st April 2023.
