All-in-one Flexible Staking Pool

Based on the idea of the All-in-one flexible staking pool that is being circulating I would like to make give some ideas and possible improvements to the ideal of the Pool UI/UX redesign page.

Users will stake their Cake in a flexible pool earning rewards from other projects as well improving the APR that we currently achieve overall

We will just need a main staking UI interface for users to stake, as the tokens from other projects will get spreaded to all users most of them will get dumped to exchange for more CAKE, so why they will be encouraged to give us tokens?

The solution for this is a redesign of the staking page where new projects that are sharing tokens to our holders will get the space for the blocks that they share rewards to market themselves, showing what they do, what the token can be used for and encourage people to try their app. That way aside of getting more net holders, they will have the opportunity to reach more people. The tokens will need to be claimed in each of that small squares from stakers so you guarantee their visibility, tokens not claimed will take part of the Pancakeswap treasury.

With the new All in one staking proposal, I would recommend that Pancakeswap charge stakers 10% of the tokens that will be spreaded into the holders as part of our treasury and reserves for our future, that way we would be encouraged to add HQ partners to our holders. Any sell of those tokens must be addresed through governance voting in the future.

Aside of that a Loyalty system and a Even spread system can be added.

Loyalty system: As it will be a flexible pool where users can lock/unlock as their wish we want them to stay inside, that's why being part of it for longer with start to give them increased pool rewards, for example, staying 2 week achieve 20% power, 10 weeks 50%, 48 weeks 100%. So everytime they withdraw a penalty in that % accrued should be applied. Variations of this can be added.

Even spread system: the staking pool will have a fair distribution among all holders, giving a boost to small ones, we will need to implement some kind of tier, for example 1000 Cake / 5000 Cake / 20000 Cake / Unlimited Cake, where we assign a weight to give tokens to the users, that will focus on give more reach to those tokens given by the different projects.

The idea of this redesign goes toward leveraging our community and token holders itself, CAKE has more than 1.4m holders that can boost any project that need users and we are in the position to let them test their app and be pioneers on each one.
