PancakeSwap Welcomes Pandora ($PANDORA) to Farms on Ethereum!

Dear CAKE holders, we’re proud to announce a new Farm with Pandora!

Pandora is a collection of 10,000 Replicants (NFTs) enabled by ERC404, a new token standard that combines elements from ERC20 and ERC721.

The Farm:

Stake PANDORA-WETH v3 LP to earn CAKE tokens!

• Farm base multiplier: up to 5x
• Liquidity pair: PANDORA-WETH v3 pair
• Start time: Approx. 1300 UTC on 8 Feb 2024
• Finish time: Approx. 1900 UTC on 1 Mar 2024

After the epoch ends on 29 Feb 2024 (it’s a leap year! Hurrah 🎉), the farm multiplier will be re-adjusted sometime around 1900 UTC on 1 Mar 2024.

Note: We request for some flexibility in the fee tier, as the team will assess market data for PANDORA on-chain liquidity between the posting of this proposal, and the execution of the farm.

The CAKE tokens will not come from increased emissions but rather will be taken from our ‘Multichain Warchest’ allocation. The yield from the Farm will increase liquidity, which will ultimately lead to greater CAKE burn from increased volume and fees.

What is $PANDORA?

$PANDORA is based on the ERC404 standard with 10,000 fungible tokens and 10,000 corresponding NFTs (Replicants).

When a user buys 1 $PANDORA on PancakeSwap, the user will receive 1 $PANDORA token AND 1 Pandora NFT in your wallet, generated from a mint contract with random traits and rarity.

When a user sells the 1 $PANDORA token back to PancakeSwap, the corresponding Pandora NFT in the user’s wallet will be burnt.

If the user transfers the 1 $PANDORA token to a new wallet, the Pandora NFT will similarly be burnt in the old wallet, and a new one with random traits minted in the new wallet.

Looking Forward: Kitchen-discretionary Emissions

We believe that speed is of the essence when it comes to launching Farms for new narratives, and Pandora, with their novel ERC404 design, is a good example of a Farm we want to quickly support.
