Fix Voting Proposal Results and Improve

It seems that the current system for displaying results and all vote results is not functioning properly, I would like to see this fixed.

It would be helpful if there was a way for the community to discuss each of the proposals and offer suggestions or modifications from the community with the ability to amendmed of the original proposal in the comunitys view.

This would allow for more transparency and democracy within the decision-making process.
