Proposal for a Stader ( $SD / $BNBx) Syrup Pool and Farm

PancakeSwap Welcomes Stader ($SD) to Syrup Pool!

Dear CAKE holders, we’re proud to announce a new Syrup Pool with Stader, a multi-chain liquid staking solution provider!

Stader Labs offers a convenient way for users to stake their assets. It offers liquid staking solutions across multiple chains - BNB Chain, Polygon, Hedera, NEAR, Fantom, etc.

With Stader’s BNB liquid staking solution, users can stake BNB and earn yields with capital efficiency. Users can also amplify their yields by deploying BNBx (liquid token for staked BNB) in DeFi.

The other token that powers the Stader ecosystem is SD, the native governance and value accrual token. Users can stake SD for rewards and governance rights.

The Syrup Pool:

Stake CAKE tokens to earn SD tokens!

• Total Tokens: 26,500 SD
• Distribution duration: 90 days
• Start time: Approx. 1200 UTC on 6 Mar 2023
• Finish time: Approx. 1200 UTC on 4 Jun 2023
• Token rewards per block: 0.01022 SD

Max Stake per Wallet:

100 $CAKE for the entire duration of the Syrup Pool.

The cap is to give everyone an equal opportunity to farm rewards at a high APY.

The Farm:

In conjunction with the SD Syrup Pool, we’ll be providing a BNBx-BNB Farm.

The Farm will have 1x CAKE rewards for 90 days. At the end of the 90-day period – approx. 1200 UTC on 4 Jun 2023 – the Farm will be re-adjusted to a 0x multiplier unless the following metrics are comparable with other farms of similar multiplier: average daily volume, 14-day volume, unique token holders on BNB Chain, and there are no fundamental token issues or concerns related to users’ safety and security.

What is $SD?

Stader (SD) token is the multi-utility native governance token for Stader across networks. The core utilities include:

• Governance - When users stake SD tokens, they will receive xSD which is an auto-compounding token. xSD will have governance rights.
• Rewards and discounts - Liquidity providers for SD and xSD pairs with stables/native tokens will receive SD token rewards and pool fees.
• Leverage Stader infrastructure - Third-party protocols can stake xSD tokens to leverage Stader contracts/infrastructure.
• Preferential delegations and Insurance - Validators can stake xSD tokens to receive preferential delegations and provide slashing insurance to their delegators.

What is $BNBx?

BNBx is a reward-bearing liquid token. The value of 1 BNBx token vs. BNB increases over time as staking rewards accumulate.
