Increase APR of Flexible staking !

As you cakers know ! dear chefs released a picture of new pools and we could see that our nice auto pool going to change to flexible with 50% lower apr ! and this is so annoying because of price inflation of cake people want to sell and buy their cakes but they cant do this if they stakin in fixed term ! please balance APR between flexible and fixed term pools!
