Sometimes we just want to add small amounts of $CAKE (earned from other pools) to the auto farm. Right now any amount added will start the 72 hours timer, which is really inconvenient.

I suggest we tweak the timer to not trigger for added amounts lower than a certain percentage of the total staked.
