Limit VOTE WEIGTH

PROPOSAL TO LIMITE VOTE WEIGTH TO 50.000 CAKE FOR EACH WALLET

In order to make pancakeswap more decentralized, the majority of cake holders has to decide what is best for the community.

What we have seen is a VOTE WEIGTH system that puts the final decision on a proposal on the hands of 1 or 2 cake holders, as the a single wallet holds more than 50% of total vote weight. This system makes the entire pancakeswap hostage of the big "whales".

With the above in mind, this proposal limits the VOTE WEIGTH to a maximum of 50.000 per wallet adress. That way, the community can really thrive!
