Pre-farming syrup pools

I want to raise another potential proposal, that we have the opportunity as CAKE holders to prefarm certain incoming syrup pools or IFOs. Similar to how binance adds projects in their launchpad that can be farmed before the launch I would like to see CAKE holders having similar benefits as BNB holders.

For example currently Mines of Dalarnia can be pre-farmed by staking BNB/BUSD in binance and later will be listed on the exchange and also on Pancakeswap. A partnership with Binance to provide some of the allocation to allow CAKE holders to pre-farm similar to how BNB holders can do would be something very interesting and attractive towards CAKE.

Maybe lets say 1% of total supply can be allocated towards Pancakeswap and farmed for 5-6 days before the token launches. Doesnt have to be binance Launchpool but could also be new syrup pool tokens or other projects that wants to list on PancakeSwap. Similar to how IDOs are done, this can be an alternative IDO/Farming that adds alot value and also gives tons of value towards CAKE holders.

Since Emissions are being reduced and APRs are going down we need innovative and already proven ways to add extra value towards CAKE holders.
