IFO 3.2 Proposal - In the name of small investors.

It has been a lot of months since IFO makes no sense with fees being higher than profit, So I thought about this proposal for small investors to at least have a chance to participate since devs are completely lost and clearly playing for whales.

*Reduce allocation for private sale to 25% and addresses that contributed for private sale CAN'T CONTRIBUTE TO UNLIMITED - This will reduce overflow in the unlimited pool

*Cake IFO pool ticket - Increase unlimited Sale to 75% - Every 10 cake staked for at least 2 weeks before the IFO, gives you 1 IFO ticket and each ticket grants you a 100 busd (not cake to remove the need to unstake) allocation. If staked for more than a month, doubles your tickets. - This will keep small holders in the game, it's fair since it's random and based in your cake bag.
