Win-win cake lottery

Should the chefs look into adding a win win lottery system where we can stake $cake to win the lottery like pool together or moon pot and the Apr could be 75% of that of manual staking and the rest of the rewards used to burn cake
This could give the chefs another way of burning cake instead of reducing emissions per block
This would encourage more people to hold cake which would help with the demand and supply side of it as well
This would also encourage people to win big with small resources for those who want to get rich quick
