Lottery modification

What do we want from the Lottery :

1. Give us the chance to win lots of Cakes
2. Attract new PancakeSwap users through diversification of PancakeSwap offering
3. Burn more Cakes

The current 6 number lotterie gives very little probablity to win the big Cakes. Look at the lotterie history. You will hardly find winners of "Match first 5" numbers already... Furthermore, the left over Cakes that are not won are distributed to all N+1 draw pools, hence dilluting Cakes and prevening the progressive build up of big jackpots that will attract attention and bring new participants and increase Cakes burn.

Consequence : Lotterie is not appealing, PancakeSwap users don't win much and Cakes burn is not as high as it could be.

Proposition : - Reduce the draws to 5 numbers instead of 6

We want to see MORE happy winners on social media !!

- Cakes not won in the previous round are not distributed across all N+1 pools but are instead 80% reaffected to the same pool while 20% will be burned. This will favor to progressively build up of jackpots.

Example : Round N "Matches first 5" has no winner and 1000 cakes are to be reaffected to Round N+1. Round N+1 "Match first 5" will be allocated 80% (800 Cakes) of those left over Cakes while 20% (200 Cakes) are send to be burned after Round N+1.

Same thing would apply if Cakes are not won during Round N "Matches first 4". 80% would go to Round N+1 "Matches first4" and 20% to Round N+1 Burn.

- Fresh Cakes contribution to round N+1 are distributed as follow :

Matches first 1 --> 5%

Matches first 2 --> 10%

Matches first 3 --> 15%

Matches first 4 --> 20 %

Matches first 5 --> 30%

Burn Pool --> 20%

(Keep in mind that you will also have Cakes coming from the previous round with the new realocation principle describe above)
