increase BNB - ONE multiplier to 0.5

the latest update of the reduction is too much and more than half of the liquidity has been taken off the lp . making it risky to provide LP.

Currently only pancake is the most untilised ONE to bnb swap , as it has a bridge for BSC to ONE.

One is an upcoming token with lots od development and nft launching on it .

PRoviding liqudity make sense however the rewards must be worth the impermernent loss risk.
