Leave the IFO cak pool open for more IFO creditscore

Hello guys,

I want to prupose to get extra credit score for the next IFO if you leave cake in the IFO pool indefinitely. As it stands now IFO contributers will empty the pool when the IFO calculation period ends. So there is no extra reward (beside APY) or incentive for the long term holders in comparison to short term IFO participants.

I want your vote to make this creditscore changed for long term ifo pool holders.
