Create no loss lottery pool
No loss lottery means that you get a ticket for everypancake you stake. Everyone who stakes pancakes in the lottery pool, has a chance to win the stake reward as a prize. So the prizes are staking reward of the pool itself! At the end if you didn't win any lottery prize you can still unstake your own cake!
