Support UBI

Vitalik Buterin belive in $UBI proyect by @proofofhumanity, that proyect gives 1 UBI per hour to every human beeing, to receve it theres no KYC.

That proyect needs an anchor that stabilize the token price. I think that if cake instead of beeing burnt directly colud take a porcentage of those tokens and buy UBI token, burn them (as Vitalik did with 50eth), and then @proofofhumanity woud send the cakes to the death address and also burn them.

The effect in terms of cake burn would be the same, but at the same time Pancake Swap would be helping a lot of people arround the world that need the UBI.

Of course this proposal could be improoved, but it would be good to know what the comunnity think of this, and if it is doable or not.
