Change the way to join IFOS

We need to change current way to join ifos. I suggest there is no need to stake cakes a specific pool for participate ifos because we already in a pool to get what ifos offer. So when making an ifo event just ask which we want to join basic, unlimited or both. Snapshot our rights in current ifo pool and airdrop to us.
