End Reset of Unstaking Period - Auto Cake

Right now, whenever you add to your stake in the Auto CAKE Pool it resets the counter to 72 hours, affecting ALL CAKE, including CAKE that was previously able to be Unstaked without paying a fee.

The problem is that new, exciting projects can appear on short notice, and this De-Incentivises people from Unstaking their CAKE in order to Re-Stake in a Project Pool.

What this proposal suggests, is to only require the Unstaking period ONCE. (The first time you Stake CAKE in the Pool) The fee and Unstaking period would also apply if you have removed all your CAKE from the Auto Cake Pool.

In other words, as long as you left some CAKE in the Pool, you would be free to Unstake without any restrictions.
