Offers On NFTS!

Just proposing that we have a OFFER button for NFTs. If someone is asking 30 BNB as an example, we can put in offers which we think are fair, e.g 22 BNB. and they can decide if they wanna sell.

This will give a better indication of how much people are willing to pay for a NFT and how much they might be worth. It will also allow the NFTs to move around more rather than just sitting around at prices noone is willing to pay.
