Help for my young cat

my young cat of 3 years has just been diagnosed with a liver tumor and need an operation to survive, but i'm actually struggling with my rent and already another bank loan to pay my road bicycle to go to work
Any help of any tokens that can be swapped for BUSD will greatly help me to take care of my cat or i'll have to take a second bank loan that i can hardly recover from.
