Breakdown on Farm Reward Adjustment for voting

I think voting on such bulk is a bad idea, since there are more than 30 Syrup Pool/farm combos.

Maybe it doesn't have to be breaken down to an individulal LP voting, but maybe group by some kind of metric.

Too much work, keep it as it is.
