As mentioned in a previous tweet, in order to execute such a massive reduction to CAKE emissions from farms, we need to be smart and do so in multiple parts.

If this proposal succeeds, the adjustments will be executed immediately followed by the second half of the overall reduction to CAKE emissions from farms.

I would once again like to reiterate that fact that rewards aren't removed during adjustments, they are just distributed back across all other existing farms, in addition to giving us more space to add more new Syrup Pool/farm combos etc.
