Remove requirement for PancakeSquad NFT holders in Private IFO

Hi,

I noticed a recent twitter post by PancakeSwap saying that the last 2 IFO's undersubscribed in Private sales.

I vote that the requirement to hold a PancakeSquad NFT to participate in Private IFO sales is removed. Alternatively, a method to lower the barrier to entry for Private IFO sales in some way.

Currently, it costs about $2,000 USD to buy the prequisite NFT - I'm not surprised Private IFO sales undersold with an entry barrier that high.

I understand that Private IFO sales are intentionally exclusive; and that ownership of some NFT's give you access to a private members-only club. I've added this as an option if you want to vote this way.

And of course, I'm poor and disabled, etc etc, feel free to donate so my daughter can get a bicycle for her birthday.
