Hacked and lost my life savings months ago. Help!

This was a mistake on my part but I got hacked months ago and I lost all of my life savings, a lot of money sadly. I tried forget this for months after but I cant do it because this was a really bad life experience losing so much money. Things are getting worse in real life (family, job) because that hack and this situation and my life is getting out of hands.
