Community selects Farm tokens

Currently, farm tokens are selected by auctions.

I think community should propose and select tokens in farm by voting for them due to this reasons:

1. community can select better quality tokens. Basically, some tokens that appear in farm are not of top quality, as they are paid in cake (auction) to list them.
2. goal is to farm only best tokens (mainly BSC tokens) with best communities (not fake ones)
3. currently, the amount of Cake received by auction is around 50000 Cake per auction, which is way too little to be a reason to have auctions (little or no benefit at all and we get poor tokens in farms).
4. make it a list of 30 tokens to choose from.
