Transfer Stake

Problems:

• Some users want to change their wallet address and switch to another wallet.

• Some users want to unstake their locked CAKE stake position, but they can't.

Solution:

• PCS team can make a "Transfer Stake" feature that will allow users to move their staking position to another wallet address.

Benefits:

• It will help users to change their wallet address while they are still in locked position.

• Users who want to cancel their locked position (currently they can't); will be able to agree with someone to sell their locked position and get unlocked CAKE from them. So this will be P2P agreement.

Example: A user has 1000 CAKE locked staking position for 40 weeks but want to unstake early will be able to sell their position with ~%3 loss. So the new staker will pay 970 CAKE to first user and get his 1000 CAKE locked position.
