Early Withdrawal from Blocked Syrup Pools
I propose to allow you to withdraw CAKE coins from the blocked Syrup Pools ahead of time, but with a fine that can be shifted. It happens that a person has put his coins for a long time and then he urgently needed money, but there is no way to take them, and just an early withdrawal allows him and us to additionally shift CAKE coins.
