Organize Group Community Proposals

Community proposals are very active these can be cumbersome to navigate. Grouping community proposals into trees by end date or some other method would make it easier for users to not miss votes without scrolling an infinite list.

I think this would be a great improvement out of all the platforms I visit PanCakeSwap has the highest participation rate from community.
