Unlock staking

Propose option of unlocking stake pool with a penalty. Early termination fee 30% for those who choose to. That 30% can be used by pcs to burn or use as fit.

A few options could be bigger lottery injection which leads to more cake burned.

• Pottery rewards
• increased apy for locked stakers in for 52 weeks.
• More lottery type games.

The option to unlocked with a penalty should make investors on the fence feel more at ease. I'm sure there are those out there that want to invest but don't want to be locked in for that long. Give them an option that make benefits both sides.
