Begin tapering EWD/SUSU pool rewards

I propose tapering down the EWD/SUSU weekly farming rewards and eventually closing that pool.

Currently the EWD/EWT has far more liquidity compared to the EWD/SUSU pool yet the rewards are split 50/50. I personally feel the EWD/EWT pool is stronger with upcoming vision of EW Team vs SUSU team who have gone silent. I propose tapering down the rewards for EWD/SUSU and using this to increase rewards for the EWD/EWT pool.

I understand those who stayed in EWD/SUSU pool have recevied their fair share of IL (I was personally in this pool) but as EWD price continues to rise the IL will be increased as time goes on so it may be best to focus on EWT sooner rather than later.

The length of time that this tapering would be over and the reductions can be discussed in a further proposal. Put your Inu to work and vote!
