Minting our own NFTs on CS

I'd really like to be able to allow SUSU party stakers the ability to create and mint our own Carbonswap themed NFTs. All this can be based off SUSU Power. The amount or size of collections that can be created would be directly correlated to each wallet's SUSU Power
