Should we enact a permanent higher rate of return in the farm on the EWT/SUSU pair?

I propose increasing the rate of return in the farms for the EWT/SUSU pair. This would encourage more purchasing of EWT off of the centralized exchanges to bring onto CS, it would also lock up more SUSU. This makes sense as these are the patron tokens of the platform. Should we, additionally, increase the percentage of SUSU farming return the EWT/SUSU pair, and by what percentage? have over the other pairs(remember this will proportionally decrease the return in the other farm pairs)?
