Creation of roles on the discord server

The basic idea is creating multiple roles on the discord server which would lead to a faster growth of the community, and of the carbonswap protocol.

This idea is already developed on the 1Hive discord server, which is the official comunication channel of Honeyswap and Honeycomb.

How does it work? Honey ($HNY) is the official currency of honeyswap, but Pollen is used instead. The sole purpose of Pollen is to tip everyone on the discord server who performed a task, or was useful in some way and you felt to tip them.

What could be the roles? Since everything revolves around honey and swarms on Honeycomb, it could be similar on carbon swap. Instead of swarm it could be Dust and for example there could be a Dust Bunny role. Either way they could have heterogeneous names like the characters presented in the Storyline. So there could be a Bonfire in which the firestarters work.

the roles present on 1Hive are: -Commons: which are building Conviction Voting Dao -Flora: individuals who mantain server infrastructure for 1hive -Garden: mantainance of the main infrastructure of 1Hive -Terra: has the role for transalting documents -Buzz: is responsible for promoting 1hive -Pollen: manages the pollen distribution, making sure the system isn't exploitable -Morphosis: provides courses to other members of the community -Fauna: individuals that moderate the discord forums -Bug Bounty: manages the fund available for anyone finding bugs -Social Curation: suggestions of the users which can be voted down or up

I don't know it these roles are too many or too few, and most of all which are needed, So this is only for understating if the community is more interested in a similar system.

The rewards of 1Hive are distributed once a week, here on carbonswap could have different rules.

One also important part is that 1Hive uses brightid in order to stop people from cheesing the system, but it is still not perfect
