DAI/SUSU farm closure and BSC farm(s)

The team decided to gradually ramp down & turn off the DAI/SUSU farm and focus on including tokens with more variety to pull fresh liquidity instead. DAI/SUSU trades will be anyway routed through EWT/SUSU and EWT/DAI, which are strong pools, so strengthening DAI/SUSU provides no additional utility.

Now that there is a Binance Smart Chain bridge and it works stable, it opens up new possibilities. As a first, we were thinking of opening a permanent SUSU farm for :

EWT/BNB
EWT/DOT (Binance pegged)
