Add MILK-BNB GLP Farm

The initiative of this proposal is to increase MILK token use cases.

Why GLP (Gol Liquidity Provider) ? GolFinance offers investors security and low gas fees, plus the CashCow community options to earn passive income in $GOL on their GolFarms. The Farms are: MILK-BNB GLP, MILK-BUSD GLP and MILK-GOL GLP. Therefore, investors in these pools will be able to use the same GLP without the need to remove them.

The proposal contemplates 3 options to vote:

1st Do not modify the allocation points of Farms and MilkBar.

COW-BUSD LP 40% MILK-BUSD LP 15% Pool COW 30% Pool MILK 10% Pool GOL 5%

2nd All Farms and MilkBar pools are reduced. Most beneficial option for MILK-BNB GLP and MILK-BUSD LP pairs.

COW-BUSD LP 35% MILK-BUSD LP 14% MILK-BNB GLP 14% Pool COW 25% Pool MILK 9% Pool GOL 3%

3th All Farms and MilkBar pools are reduced, except the GOL pool in the MilkBar. Option with less reduction in COW Pool and Farm COW-BUSD.
