Should we become the first decentralized entertainment agency for castings?

What does this mean?

Every music video, film, performing art, etc. needs people as voice actors, background actors/actresses, and even main actors. With the connections that Colin has to the entertainment industry, it would be a game-changer to have Castle Kids have direct access to casting opportunities.

How does this benefit Castle Kids?

Castle Kids is full of creatives, and I believe we would all enjoy being given opportunities to get compensated for being on sets as a model, voice actor, etc. When Backstage users get hired for a gig, Backstage takes a percentage, imagine much room there is for Castle Kids to get part of that market share in the decentralized Web 3 World. Instead of subscribing to an annual subscription, you can join our community and be given exclusive opportunities with the entertainment industry.

How can this be done?

Use collective connections to implement castings all over the world.

How can this go wrong? -Turning into a talent agency would be a lot of work from the ground up, but we don't have to make it complex. It can be a portal with a few listings that we got invited for, and leave it at that? -Not enough community engagement would be an issue; however, there are less than 250 members in this snapshot anyway. This could be a reason for more members to get involved and move this project forward. -Not enough funding, too much time invested without reward? I think if the team was able to come up with the amazing portal we have now, creating another window with small gigs up for grabs wouldn't be so hard. I think the hard part would come after we grow as a talent agency. Once we get there though, we should have more money in our community wallet to throw money at this utility.
