Budget Proposal for Moderator and CEO Payment for End of Year 2023

This proposal will continue that pay rate for the months of October, November, December.

We will also send masterblasters the Appropriate fees for hosting and discord bot upkeep.

This proposal will also approve the payment of CEO category five 600 BUSD/month for the months of September, October, November, December.

Leading up to the new year we will develop and establish the payment structure for the team, including re-elections for the official board of directors for the year of 2024.
