Proposal for Allocating treasury funds for holder rewards and an investment in 1000 matic

1. The board proposes that the Nyolings team and community allocate $2300 (~1eth) to be distributed as rewards for holders over the course of Q1 2024. Crypto rewards will be able to be claimed through a nyocoin raffle process.

To ensure fairness and equality in the rewards distribution, raffles will be separated into tiers based on your discord roles determined by holdings. Large holders/whales will have the ability to enter high tier raffles that will have larger rewards, small holders and ecosystem participants will be able to enter lower tier raffles that will have lower value reward. These crypto rewards can also be used for holder game events, and encouraging Nyolings content creation.

2. The board also proposes to make a treasury investment of 1000 POLYGON (formerly MATIC) for use in the NyoCoin claim dapp and future investment. Our NyoCoin claim dApp is estimated to use about 10 POL per month to facilitate claims and transactions on the polygon network. As of this writing, the cost of 1000 POL is ~$837.
