Funding community through art.

Should this pass a community vote, we will craft an appropriate application form which will require applicants to provide:

• base level personal information
• sample portfolio
• what mediums they work in (avoiding ai generative works for this proposal)
• future ambitions and goals

We will also work out the finer details of the NFT aspect (chain, creator royalties etc.) and distribution if the proposal passes
