Community Funds Allocation

Hello Genesis holders,

We have seen and heard your thoughts on the community fund that was intended for the use in the CatBlox Community. We have taken the time to have a discussion with a few community members on some potential solutions moving forward (please see recording below if you would like to listen to the conversation)

We understand that the community fund was meant for use in activations for the CatBlox Community. While we fully believe in the new, targeted direction of the project and the potential importance of the fund for providing further value to members new and old, we will take a community vote to gauge the best route forward.

We are waiting a period of 2 weeks before the vote takes place so that people can see some of the new assets, art teasers and more information that will be coming from the CreatorLNX side starting May 1.

The options for the vote will be

1. Use the community fund for CreatorLNX and new community advancement initiatives and activations
2. Hold the community fund (with no funds being spent) for a period of 90 days to see what happens with CreatorLNX and its growth, utility and trajectory before deciding on another option
3. Vote to keep the community fund with CatBlox and community members: meaning there would need to be legal and business experts involved, discussions on where the funds would be transferred to etc. If this is the option that people go, please remember, there will need to be a legal and tax process, a voting process for who in the remaining community will be trusted and will hold the keys to said wallet for further spending or dispersal. All of this will be made public so people are aware of where the funds are at all times. FTR and CreatorLNX will have no further action or responsibility if this is the option chosen.
