Convert Auctions from ETH to Catcoin

After a 7 day period of discussion in the Cats discord, an updated proposal is as follows:

The DAO should convert the current Cat auctions from accepting ETH to accepting Catcoin, this would be a positive move for the DAO as it will show off the uniqueness of the auction system by accepting an ERC-721 for bidding. As well as providing a new utility to Catcoin. Converting the auctions to Catcoin will last for a period of 4 weeks, this will be a test run to gage interest/demand in the auctions. After a period of 4 weeks, the Auctions should be converted back to ETH unless a new vote arises deeming otherwise.

Yes (For) - By voting for this proposal the cat auctions will switch from accepting bids in ETH to accepting bids in Catcoin for a period of 4 weeks.

No (Against) - By voting against this proposal the current auctions will remain the same. No Change.
